Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy!

Mickey has moved to a new facility!

"UPDATE
The Court has approved Mickey to move to a new private facility.
MASH has been a great home to Mickey over the past year, however given Mickey's recent diagnosis, it was determined that a private facility, where he could receive 24 hour care, would be better.
Mickey will have a similar size room, but the room is much nicer and was specifically designed for a dog in long term boarding. Mickey will have windows in his room, so he will be able to see outside. Mickey's new room is very quite and, however soft music is played in the background during daytime hours. Also, Mickey will have flat screen TV in his room with Dog TV. Finally, as this is a private facility part of Mickey's boarding fees include staff taking Mickey out of his room a minimum of 4 times a day for potty breaks, and playtime. The play area is a large inside area with state of the art artificial turf and drainage. As we said MASH is a great place, but the change to Mickey's living conditions will be like upgrading from Motel 6 to the Ritz Carlton.

Until the move is completed Mickey Cam will be down, however once the move is done, we anticipate Mickey Cam to be up and running again shortly thereafter.
The facility Mickey is very secure, as such, Mickey will not be allowed public visitors unfortunately. However, John and Annie will continue to visit Mickey.
The cost of this facility, though expensive, has already been covered. We are asking for no monetary donations at this time.

We anticipate Mickey moving next week after the Holiday weekend.

The facility Mickey will be going to has not been named, nor will it be named. However, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Mickey's Attorney John Schill.
At this time we would like to thank Sheriff Joe and MASH for being a great home to Mickey over the past year!"

Aren't you all so HAPPY for St. Mick!

[EDIT]  Here is the news item on Mickey.

  1. O M GGGGGGGGGGGGG it's like reading a political allegory!

This dog....MAULED a kid and gets off with a "life sentence" with his teeth ground down...and now he's being upgraded to a "Ritz Carlton" for dogs? It would be so absurdly funny if he'd never mauled Kevin.

  2. Perhaps when the location is revealed , and it will be by someone, We can all start an internet petition to have the place drummed out of business.
Just look for a facility that has a pit bull agenda.
As to mickey he's still locked up. The one driving instinct in all dogs even maulers is constant human companionship. Something dog tv or prettier surroundings will never replace.
I'm actually joking about the former. There are plenty of rabid pit bull haters on line that will have tons of fun with this new situation. I hope the owner of the new mickey habitat has a thick skin.

  3. Very secure? Well, let's see how long that lasts.

  4. Just do a search for dog boarding facilities in the Phoenix area. One of them is holding this POS.

  5. Just when I think nothing could make me feel like puking more. Kevin should be the one getting 24 hour care. This POS should have been in the ground long before now. FFS some END this circus and poison this useless POS.

  6. Methinks Mick was a liability nightmare for the County. By dumping him at "The Ritz Carlton", that organization now owns any bad outcomes. Mick goes all "game" on another animal at this boarding facility, and you will have a huge owner lawsuit.

    1. What they are describing is expensive even if you are paying long term rates. So either they are paying out of pocket or this is a kennel / training faciltiy where in 6 months we're going to hear that the Mauler has been trained to ignore his DNA and is fit for society OR his stay is free and the trainer/ kennel has a very pro pit bull agenda.
Above being human aggressive and Kevin was just a handy target, He is proven animal aggressive. To date he's been kept locked up now in private hands you'll see the guard drop pretty quick. There is a reason I don't use commercial boarding when we travel. Workers become very complacent about handling animals.
The judge wouldn't let the mauler out so they went to plan B. Rehab.

    2. I am sure this "facility" has a VERY pro-pit agenda. I am really interested to find out more about the place... and, yes, it is going to get out, no way this will stay a secret for very long. And, no, I don't think anyone should drive a truckload of explosives into the place or otherwise try to take the mauler out - such a thing would help their side more than our side.

If Mick is truly as sick as they say he is (needs 24 hour care?) he may not last another 6 months. It will be interesting to watch the fireworks when the mauler needs to be put down for medical reasons and the foamers flip out over it. And, we know that time will come eventually.

  8. And wouldn't Mickey's final destination be a matter of public record? Could a FOIA request be filed?

    1. I don't know why it wouldn't be part of public record. IANAL, but I see no real reason it should not be. Is this a case of true protective custody?

The foamers are in a paranoid froth because they think everyone wants to off the mauler. This is a reflection of their own self doubt, as they are the ones threatening everyone in sight. Again, I don't think that technically matters as I don't see how a DOG is entitled to protective custody. That said, I don't see how a DOG gets to have a lawyer, either!

I suppose a FOIA request could be filed, but I think the location of the mauler will be revealed soon enough by the Mick lovers.... they will not be able to contain themselves.

    2. I would think so. The dog was declared vicious it should be public record where the dog is being kept.
That said there is no need to worry. Some one will figure it out pretty quick. Again I see the goal here to get him through some doggy boot camp for aggressive dogs so they can play that hand in court during then next round. Long term boarding at a facility they describe is 25-40 dollars per day. Many of the options like extra walks are billed in addition. Training runs in the thousands. He's likely at a very pro pit bull facility and most of this is being donated or with a deep discount. The pit bull pimp is not out of the question. But I doubt they were given permission to take him out of state. This is far from being played out.

  9. The only facility Mickey needs to be moved to is one six feet underground.

    1. That is a lot of effort. I vote the nearest public landfill. Morbid humor aside sometimes it's more important to let stupid human tricks to just play themselves out.

    1. That is interesting. A lot of possible reasons. Facebook has been adamant about not shutting down the dog-disliker pages, despite the foamers petitions and threats.

  11. It appears to be up to me ?
Hey The Mauler and Sheriff Joe and the Lawyer are going to be on fox AZ at 5. I can't wait to hear the diatribe they're going to spout. Being dog bite prevention week can we expect to have a poster of Kevin held up as one of the leading causes of pit bull attacks ?
Probably worse than letting the mutt live in a kennel somewhere was allowing it to be used as a propaganda and fund raising tool. Profit off the back of a small child who will forever carry the pain and scars of a dog attack is morally pretty low. Right in line with pitwit propaganda.

    2. It was definitely down the other day. Glad it's back up, whatever happened.

That stupid mauler will be dead soon from cancer of the dick so I'm not that worried. He won't survive long enough to be "rehabbed" (how the fuck is a dog rehabbed anyway? Ridiculous.)

    3. "how the fuck is a dog rehabbed anyway?"

It is not, but it creates a money making opportunity for shysters with dubious credentials.

  12. "Well, in our country," said Alice, still panting a little, "you'd generally get to somewhere else—if you run very fast for a long time, as we've been doing."

"A slow sort of country!" said the Queen. "Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!

  13. The summary seems to be that because of his cancer condition they managed to get a vet to recommend he be moved to better living conditions. Which begs the question if it isn't good enough for Mickey is it good enough for any of the animals housed for years and years in that dump.
They better get a good fund raiser in. The meal ticket is about to roll on down the road.
Kevin's mother was unavailable for comment. I got to comment that I live in the Southwest and the tide of illegals is not a good thing. But Kevin's mother has handled this with more grace and dignity than just about anyone involved in this circus. She just wants help with her child. If I could write her a green card I would. And then deport some of the rabble involved with this dog. Along with the dog.

  14. This is anthropomorphism writ large. Does a DOG really know the difference between Motel 6 and the Ritz Carlton? Its like taking your dog to see Shakespeare.... ITS A DOG, YOU MORONS! Are they going to hire a French chef to whip up some pheasant under glass or some duck a l'orange for the dear Mickster?

If this were any other shelter animal, it would be put down NOT given the 5 star treatment.

  15. I posted the news article in an edit. The foamers on the WMBC page are in a self-righteous froth over the fact that the news anchor reported WHY Mickey was confined... i.e. he ripped the face off a 4 year old. Yeah, how dare the NEWS actually report the NEWS?!

    ReplyDelete
  16. The level of social decay being exhibited on the WMBC FB page is beyond disgust.

    1. Indeed. It should be interesting to see what happens when the dog needs to be put down. Mick's Inner Party may not be able to handle the Proles. They can barely contain them now.

  17. So the mauler is in a private facility, eh? And the cost is not a problem?

According to something I read on another site, THIS appeared VERY briefly on the mauler's site on or about 16th April:

“[Question] Can they petition to have John bring Mickey home?

[Reply] We’ll just see what the court has to say on 5/14. We have no idea what will happen.”

The new facility has not been named, according to the mauler's site, and will not be named. Personally I wouldn't waste my time looking up dog kennels in Arizona.

    1. That is an astute observation - Schill's backyard may be the new "facility". Its my understanding that many spared maulers wind up in "sanctuaries" which are nothing more than suburban homes.

There was a "facility" in Ohio took in "Bones", a killer dog from New York. The outfit later got busted for animal / neglect cruelty. Quite the story, apparently.

I think the article may be misleading, however: He is being released from confinement.... to confinement?

The comments on the article are hilarious.... very entertaining!

  20. Mickey has swell new digs. Kevin will never escape the prison Mickey put him in. IN fact some Mickey supporters are happy Kevin was mauled. Otherwise he would still be chained up to a pole.

    2. So what is the lawyer and the inner circle of Mickey lying about. That his cancer is under control and his scans were clear with any skin tumors to be removed when they popped up or that Mickey is so sick he needs to be housed in a veterinary clinic to treat his cancer.
While here's hoping the dog croaks from his cancer what happens if he survives, gets better ? Is it back to the MASH unit or home with his sugar daddy ? Did the judge even address this issue ?
When inmates go to the hospital they are cuffed to the bed. When released it's back to jail.
This dog is considered vicious and was supposed to spend it's days rotting in a cell where it's followers could coo at their monitor and pretend Mickey could sense their love. Really the dog was just rotting away in a kennel. I sense this is yet another ploy to spring Mickey.
Stay tuned the party isn't over yet.

    3. More bait and switch. He is very, very sick so he needs better digs. THEN: He is doing just great in his new digs. So, relocation now cures cancer? Wow... that is great to know.

I was watching the Mick cam around the time they took him away. He was pacing the cell like a fiend. If he's terminal, he sure isn't showing it.

    4. Just a few weeks ago during one of his outings to the vet the admin on the FB page said his scans were clear.
He would have occasional skin tumors that could simply be frozen off or cut out. Gee what a fun life for a dog.
So someone is lying. To me it looks like a lot of lying and finagling out of both sides of their mouths. The plot thickens and my hip waders are pulled up to my armpits.
BTW I find it damn funny all the worshipers condemning Mickeys former owner for letting him get cancer from being in the sun , while they describe how their own mutt has the same thing.

    5. April 15, 2015 his scans were good. Look for the picture with the Mauler and Stooge.
