Why did I not support The Pit Bull Awareness symposium held on October 24th?

Simple:  They aligned themselves with the radical, criminal group PETA.   The pit bull victim folks shot themselves in BOTH feet with that major, hump-the-bunk, boner.

PETA fails in every way on every level.

First, the entire concept of animal "rights" is a criminal ideology that directly led to the entire "Mick the Mauler" train wreck.  YOU animal rights punks own that disaster lock, stock and barrel!  Mick would have been put down but for the pervasive attitude, that YOU promote, that demands that DOGS have full constitutional protections!

OH, and on that note... guess what?   PADI the ear-eater's lawyer is now claiming protection under Florida's "stand your ground" laws.   Essentially, a DOG has an unconditional right to defend itself against a FOUR YEAR OLD.   Thanks, you bottom feeding, scum-sucking, miserable excuses for life.  Anyone with any ethics or sense of decency would despise each and every one of you with every particle of their being.

Second, while the entire mission of PETA is complete bullshit, they take it one step further by promoting this criminal ideology with various crimes and intimidation tactics..

Check this out:  PETA's "skinned" alive propaganda video was STAGED.  The vile, disgusting PETA miscreants ADMIT it themselves, so don't even try to argue it!   Indeed, this animal "rights" organization is FINE with torturing animals to death if it promotes their sick, twisted, disgusting, foul organization.  Great job, guys! 

You like owning pets?  PETA wants to ban the owning of pets.

You like eating meat, wearing leather or using ANY animal products in ANY way?  PETA wants to ban THOSE, too.

So, yeah, git home from your PETA meeting and feed your cats a can full of dead animals, you scum sucking hypocrites!  I fervently hope that MICKEY eats your face off.  Kiss my ass you pieces of shit!

STILL think that PETA endorsement helps you out?  If humans have no right to life, who cares how many are killed by pit bulls?   Indeed, human lives do not matter.

The Bait and Switch

Surprised when you get something you didn't expect nor were offered?  Sounds like the good 'ol Bait and Switch routine!

Animal rights foamers and dog fanatics pull the Bait and Switch on us all the time.  The most obvious example is "no one can identify a Pit Bull".  Indeed, they are unidentifiable when doing something wrong.  When they are behaving, they are readily identifiable as Pit Bulls.  I have posed the following question to Pit Bull fans on various forums, simply "If pit bulls are unidentifiable, how do you know your dog is a pit bull?".  This will be in response to a post of theirs where they state that their pit bull is simply the greatest dog ever (bait).  Yup... until it mauls, at which point it becomes an unidentifiable mutt (switch).

There was a good discussion about St. Mick of Maulsville under the last post.  Eileen tipped me off to the fact that they may be having a "parole" hearing for the Mickster later this week.  Indeed, Mick may be sprung from the jail.... look for Mickey in YOUR neighborhood.

In case anyone forgot, as a result of Mick's full due process (something reserved for HUMAN BEINGS), Mick was spared the "death penalty" (euthanasia) in exchange for LIFE in the jail (5 years or so).  He was NOT to be adopted out.  THOSE were the terms. 

The Mick situation goes to point as (Eileen pointed this out as well), the Mick foamers and AR nuts insist that dogs are people, and as such, have full protections under the US Constitution, CRA of 1964, Miranda, and similar:  They promote the notion that Dogs are people who deserve full due process when accused of any wrongdoing.   (Bait)

The Switch comes when the dog is "convicted" and "sentenced":  The same foamers that demanded a lawyer for Mick don't want the dog to face his COURT APPOINTED punishment, or to be held accountable in ANY WAY because.... its JUST a dog!  Its a wee little furbaby!  It ain't Charles Manson or some Nazi war criminal!  Its just a POOR LITTLE WOOGIE that had no idea what it was doing!  Moreover, unlike a human convict, a dog has NO quality of life in prison, unlike his human cellmates that can read, work out at the gym, write letters, and even be productive.  How many license plates is Mickey going to stamp?   Sending Mick to jail is just CRUEL, right?

This is another example of canine supremacists using the bait and switch to gain protection FOR the dog, while there is none FROM the dog.   Under the current regime, dogs have rights but no accountability.  This arrangement is the polar opposite of what it should be.

Think about it - if a dog is a person, should they not have to DIRECTLY answer for what they did?  Isn't a dog that barks all the time DIRECTLY accountable for disturbing the peace, the same as a human would be?   Shouldn't canine trespass be held to the same standards as a human trespass?

All this goes to point that "animal rights" has to be one of the dumbest concepts, ever.  A dog has NO concept of laws or due process.   Our criminal justice system means NOTHING to them, it is beyond their comprehension.   The idea of giving a DOG 5th amendment protections is breathtakingly retarded.  And, the Mickey debacle PROVES that.

If Mick's Ilk do get him sprung, I do not see a good outcome.  Either someone is going to try to kill the beast, or its going to attack somebody.  The AR foamers are going to own THAT one too!

Trainwreck Ed. 1.3 - Check Mate

 

Any chess players? I played a lot of chess as a kid, and I recall one scenario where a player would retain their King but nothing else. That leaves said player in a situation where they can dodge, but are in no position to engage the other player. This scenario indicates "game over" and by continuing to play you are doing nothing but wasting time.

The "Mickey" Scenario reminds me of the above chess scenario. The nuts have our balls in a vise. Mickey supporters outnumbering Kevin supporters 100 to 1? It is freaking game over, so get used to it (as many dog lovers would say).

As usual, I have my "big 3" to blame:

1. Pit nutter aggression. They assert have the "right" to attack us with their dogs and get away with it. Not only is any prior restraint off the table, but there will be no restraint after the fact, either. They can do whatever they want to us and we MUST suck it up and take it. They not only may own the beasts, but they can do whatever they want with them. Anyone who disagrees is worse than Hitler!!
2. Out of control Dog worship. Who set the above standards, anyway? Its dog lovers who eroded all of the social barriers regarding any reasonable animal control. No licensing requirement, no leash laws, no barking laws, no restraints on biters. Ever. ALL dog behavior is just and good by definition. Sure, this might or might not be codified, but your buds in AC will never enforce any laws, correct? Everything Fido does is somebody ELSE'S fault, right? It MUST be the vic's fault as only a total monster would not love every dog in existence unconditionally.
3. Unrestrained Animal Rights (AR) advocacy. All animals have the same rights as people, correct? A dog, like Mickey, has full protection under the US constitution IN ADDITION TO full Miranda rights! Mickey has his own LAWYER For shits sake! How the hell can a DOG have a lawyer? Oh, THAT would be due to the fact that dog lovers and AR rightists have been pushing the meme that DOGZ IS PEEPEL for the past 80 years! Thanks to you, every dog bite case is now going to cost taxpayers hundreds of thousands. Thanks, assholes.

Pursuant to (3) while you are clearly losing your battle on every front, you BSL folks need to determine what you believe. While many of you are consistent in your beliefs, some of you need to figure out whether or not "DOGZ IS PEEPEL". BSL and animal rights are fundamentally inconsistent. If dogs truly ARE people, then there is NO BSL, period! I mean NO BSL, not under ANY circumstances... zero, zilch, NADA! You can't throw pit bulls out of your town any more than you can blacks or jews. Just forget about it: Indeed it IS "breed racism"! End of story and the end of the road. Again, you dog lovers and animal rights nuts OWN this one.

Thanks dog lovers and animal rights activists, you laid the foundation for this train wreck. You built the locomotive and laid the track! You own the cultural standards (blame the victim) and the legal standards ("get that dog a lawyer!") Sure, maybe YOU don't support Mickey nor would you own a Pit Bull, but the framework is all yours! You don't think non-Pit owners would take a stance like this? Check this out.

In any case, my prediction is going to be that Mickey is spared. The local AC agency tried to do its job, but was overwhelmed by dog lovers, Pit bull afficionados, and AR nutjobs. Even the government has limited resources. Plan B, lower case scenario: Government wins, but its a complete Pyrrhic victory. Mickey IS put down, but the government decides to NEVER pursue anything like this again, thus leaving maulers free to maul. I would give it 60-40 in favor of Mickey, but a win for the nuts in either case. Essentially, 100-0 in favor of the nuts. Check mate.

 

Update, March 10th -

Please be advised that the Phoenix City Court ruled today that The Schill Law Group on behalf of their client The Lexus Project will be allowed to intervene on behalf of a dog named Mickey! This means Mickey will have an attorney fighting for him in Court!

The Vicious Dog Hearing that had been scheduled for March 13, has now been continued until March 25 at 8:30am

It just gets betterer and betterer!
